RIP Teddy Pendergrass


We are very sad to hear Teddy Pendergrass left this earth yesterday, only 59 years old. He had many ups and downs during his career, from Grammy Awards to the awful spinal cord injury he suffered in 1982, which paralyzed him from the waist down. But as you can see in this interview, he didn’t let that break him down:


He kept his spirits high, as you can see from this moving liveappearance in 1993 at the famous Apollo Theatre in New York:
